Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

The use of this website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data (e.g. name, email address) is collected, this happens, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis — for example when you book a call or get in touch with us.

We point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. via email) can have security gaps. It is not possible to fully protect data against access by third parties.

Hosting and server log files

Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits to us. This includes data such as browser type and version, operating system, referring page, date and time of the request, and the requesting IP address. This data cannot be directly linked to you and is not combined with other data sources. It is used solely to ensure smooth operation and security of the website.

Cookies

This website may use cookies — small text files stored on your device by your browser. Cookies do not damage your device and do not contain viruses. Most cookies we use are “session cookies” that are deleted automatically after your visit; others remain until you delete them or they expire.

You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set, to accept cookies only in certain cases, or to reject them generally. If you disable cookies, some features of this website may not work as intended.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated is generally transmitted to a Google server and stored there, which may include servers in the USA.

You can prevent the storage of cookies through your browser settings, and you can prevent Google from collecting and processing data generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

For more information, see Google’s Analytics terms: google.com/analytics/terms.

Embedded content (YouTube, Spotify, Google Calendar)

Some pages embed content from other providers, such as YouTube videos, Spotify episodes, or our Google Calendar booking widget. When you view these embeds, the respective provider may set its own cookies and collect data about your interaction, including your IP address — independently of us and according to its own privacy policy. Embedded content behaves the same as if you visited that provider’s website directly.

Contact and “Book a call”

If you contact us by email or book a call through our scheduling tool, we process the personal data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) solely to respond to your request. This data is not passed on to third parties beyond what is needed to provide the service (e.g. our scheduling and email providers).

Your rights

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you, and to request its correction or deletion, unless we are legally required to retain it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC; in the EU: your local supervisory authority).
